In plain language: use the app for personal creative activity, keep ownership of what you make, respect our app and exercise collection, and remember that prompts are inspiration—not professional advice.
1. Agreement and provider
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and TEEN EDIT LTD when you download, access, or use 3-Minute Creative or this website. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
TEEN EDIT LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17160879, with registered office at Briff Farm, Briff Lane, Bucklebury, Reading, England, RG7 6SS.
You must be at least 13 to use the app independently. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have it.
2. What the app provides
3-Minute Creative provides short prompts and local writing, drawing, checklist, reflection, reminder, favourite, and progress features. It works offline and does not require an account.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on compatible Android devices for lawful, non-commercial personal use, subject to these terms and applicable store rules.
3. Your creations
You keep all rights you have in original writing, drawings, reflections, and other material you create in response to the exercises. TEEN EDIT LTD does not receive that content through the app and claims no ownership of it.
You are responsible for what you create, keep, export, or share. If your work includes another person's material or rights, it is your responsibility to have permission to use it.
4. Our app and materials
The app software, branding, design, exercise collection, website copy, graphics, and other materials supplied by TEEN EDIT LTD are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may not copy or publish a substantial part of the exercise collection, redistribute the app, remove ownership notices, create a competing collection by systematic extraction, or use our trade marks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission. Normal quotation, review, and rights provided by law are not restricted.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the app or website unlawfully or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorised access;
- reverse engineer or decompile the app except where the law expressly allows it;
- misrepresent your relationship with TEEN EDIT LTD; or
- use automated methods to scrape or reproduce a substantial part of the site or exercise collection.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or remove exercises and features, change compatibility, or stop offering all or part of the service. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot promise continuous availability or support for every device.
Because app information is stored only on your device, you are responsible for exporting any summary you want to keep before clearing storage or uninstalling. The app intentionally disables cloud backup for private creative content.
7. Creative prompts, not professional advice
The exercises are intended for general creativity, reflection, and entertainment. There are no right or wrong answers. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, educational, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for qualified support.
The app and website are provided with reasonable care but otherwise on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every prompt will suit every person or that use will produce a particular result.
8. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to that, TEEN EDIT LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, third-party destinations you choose through Android's share sheet, incompatible or modified devices, or loss of local app data caused by deletion, device failure, or uninstalling.
If you use the app as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the licence if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and applicable liability terms—will survive.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or another country, you also retain any mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or business changes. The latest version will appear here with its effective date. Material changes affecting app use will be communicated by an appropriate method when reasonably possible.
