1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for this website. We treat accessibility as ongoing product work rather than a one-time claim.
2. Accessibility features
The website includes:
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, and links;
- a keyboard-accessible “Skip to main content” link;
- visible keyboard focus indicators;
- responsive layouts that reflow for smaller screens;
- text and controls designed for readable colour contrast;
- light and dark themes, with respect for your device preference;
- meaningful alternative text for informative images;
- reduced motion when your device requests it; and
- accordion questions that expose their expanded state to assistive technology.
3. Conformance status
This website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA. It has not yet been independently audited, so we do not claim full formal conformance. We welcome reports from real users and will prioritise barriers that prevent access to essential product, support, contact, or legal information.
4. Known limitations
We are not currently aware of a barrier that prevents access to the site's core information. Some experiences after leaving this site—such as Google Play, your email client, telephone service, or the Information Commissioner's Office website—are controlled by their providers and may have different accessibility support.
The decorative phone preview on the home page simplifies parts of the app interface and is not an interactive app demo. Equivalent product information appears in the surrounding text and on The app page.
5. Feedback and alternative formats
If you cannot access something, find a control difficult to use, or need information in another format, contact us. Please mention the page, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so, and the format you need.

6. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 22 July 2026 through review of page structure, keyboard behaviour, responsive layout, colour themes, text alternatives, focus styles, and reduced-motion behaviour. It will be reviewed when the site changes materially and at least annually.
